Overview

The dripIq ZoomInfo integration lets each team member connect their own ZoomInfo account. Once connected, dripIq uses your ZoomInfo permissions to enrich lead analysis with company and contact data for the domains you work on.

What dripIq accesses

When connected, dripIq uses your ZoomInfo permissions to search company and contact data for lead domains. We store encrypted OAuth tokens, your ZoomInfo user ID, and email. We only query ZoomInfo when enriching leads you work on — we do not bulk-export or resell ZoomInfo data.

  • Each user connects their own ZoomInfo account from their dripIq profile.
  • Contact enrichment uses the connected user’s ZoomInfo permissions when analyzing leads.
  • Without a connection, dripIq falls back to its default data provider for enrichment.
  • You can disconnect ZoomInfo at any time from your profile settings.

Before you begin

  1. An active dripIq account with access to your profile settings.
  2. A ZoomInfo account with access to company and contact data.
  3. Permission to approve OAuth scopes when connecting, including api:data:company and api:data:contact.

Per-user connection

ZoomInfo is connected individually — not at the organization level. Every rep who wants ZoomInfo-powered enrichment needs to connect their own account.

Connect your ZoomInfo account

  1. 1

    Open your profile

Click your avatar in the top-right corner of dripIq, then select Profile. In the profile sidebar, choose ZoomInfo.

You are all set

Lead analysis for accounts you own will now use ZoomInfo for contact enrichment when your connection is active.

How contact enrichment works

When you analyze or create a lead, dripIq looks up company and contact data for the lead’s domain. If you have an active ZoomInfo connection, enrichment runs through ZoomInfo using your personal permissions.

  • Company data is matched by the lead’s website domain.
  • Contacts are searched and enriched with names, titles, emails, and other available fields.
  • Enriched contacts are used to improve lead scoring, outreach personalization, and decision-maker identification.
  • If your ZoomInfo connection is missing or expired, dripIq uses its default data provider instead.

Per-user permissions

Enrichment reflects the ZoomInfo data your account can access. Two reps analyzing the same lead may see different contact results depending on their individual ZoomInfo subscriptions and permissions.

Disconnect ZoomInfo

  1. 1

    Open your profile

    Go to Profile → ZoomInfo.

  2. 2

    Click Disconnect

On the ZoomInfo card, click Disconnect. dripIq will deactivate your stored ZoomInfo credentials.

    Add guideAssets/zoomInfo/zoom-info-card-connected.png

  3. 3

    Revoke in ZoomInfo (optional)

You can also revoke dripIq access from your ZoomInfo account settings under connected applications.

Disconnecting does not delete leads or enrichment data that was already retrieved. It only stops dripIq from making new ZoomInfo API calls on your behalf.

Troubleshooting

Connection expired or re-authorization required

If your ZoomInfo refresh token expires or ZoomInfo revokes access, the ZoomInfo card on your profile will show a warning that your connection expired. Click Connect ZoomInfo again to re-authorize. You may also see a reconnection prompt when creating leads if your token is no longer valid.

Enrichment not using ZoomInfo data

  • Confirm your profile ZoomInfo status shows "Connected".
  • Check that you approved all permissions during the OAuth flow.
  • Remember that enrichment uses your personal ZoomInfo permissions — limited access in ZoomInfo may return fewer contacts.

Wrong ZoomInfo account connected

Disconnect the current account from your dripIq profile, then click Connect ZoomInfo and sign in with the correct ZoomInfo account.
