Integrations
Salesforce Integration
Connect one Salesforce org to your dripIq workspace so an admin can authorize encrypted OAuth access for that org.

Overview
The dripIq Salesforce integration lets a workspace administrator connect one Salesforce org with OAuth. After you connect, dripIq stores encrypted access and refresh tokens plus org identity (org ID, instance URL, and the authorizing user) so it can call Salesforce APIs on behalf of that org.
What dripIq accesses
We receive the Salesforce organization identifier, instance URL, authorizing user identifier, and authorizing email through the OAuth flow. We store encrypted OAuth tokens. We do not store Salesforce recordings, bulk data exports, or CRM records in this connection flow. Data processed by Salesforce is also subject to Salesforce's Privacy Statement.
- A dripIq admin connects Salesforce from Settings → Salesforce.
- One Salesforce org per dripIq workspace.
- Production and sandbox orgs are supported.
- You can disconnect Salesforce at any time from the same settings page.
Before you begin
- A dripIq account with admin access to workspace Settings.
- Salesforce visible under Settings. If it is missing, contact hello@dripiq.ai so we can enable it for your workspace.
- A Salesforce org with REST API access (Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance, or Developer; Professional only with the API add-on).
- A Salesforce user who can authorize the dripIq connected app. Some orgs require a Salesforce admin to pre-approve the dripIq app before Connect will succeed.
Workspace connection
Unlike Zoom or Salesloft, Salesforce is not connected per rep. One admin authorizes the org for the whole dripIq workspace.
Connect your Salesforce org
- 1
Open Settings → Salesforce
In dripIq, open Settings (admins only). In the left nav, choose Salesforce.
- 2
Confirm the card shows Not connected
The Salesforce card lists your connection status. If you have not connected yet, it shows Not connected.

Choose Production or Sandbox
Select Production for a live org (`login.salesforce.com`) or Sandbox for a sandbox org (`test.salesforce.com`).
- 4
Click Connect Salesforce
You are redirected to Salesforce to sign in and approve access. Approve the requested permissions, including API access and offline (refresh) access.
- 5
Return to dripIq
After you approve, Salesforce redirects you back to Settings → Salesforce. You should see Salesforce connected successfully, a Connected badge, and the authorizing email, org ID, and instance URL.

You are connected
dripIq can now use the encrypted tokens for this org. Connecting Salesforce does not require extra Salesforce products, and it is included in dripIq usage.
What a connected org shows
When the connection is active, the Salesforce card shows:
- Authorized by — email of the Salesforce user who completed OAuth.
- Org ID — the Salesforce organization identifier.
- Instance — the org instance URL (for example `https://yourcompany.my.salesforce.com`).
One org per workspace
If this Salesforce org is already connected to another dripIq workspace, connect will fail until that other workspace disconnects it.
Disconnect Salesforce
- 1
Open Settings → Salesforce
Sign in as a dripIq admin and open the Salesforce settings page.
- 2
Click Disconnect
On the Salesforce card, click Disconnect. dripIq revokes the stored tokens with Salesforce when possible, then deactivates the connection for your workspace.

Revoke in Salesforce (optional)
You can also revoke dripIq from Salesforce Setup under Connected Apps or External Client Apps for your user or org.
Disconnecting stops dripIq from calling Salesforce APIs for this workspace. It does not delete dripIq leads or campaigns you already created.
Troubleshooting
Salesforce is missing from Settings
The Salesforce page is admin-only and enabled per workspace. If you are not an admin, ask one to connect the org. If you are an admin and still do not see Salesforce, email hello@dripiq.ai with your workspace name.
Connect fails or returns you with an error
- Confirm you chose the right environment (Production vs Sandbox).
- Sign in to Salesforce with a user who can authorize connected apps.
- If your org requires admin pre-approval, have a Salesforce admin approve the dripIq app, then click Connect Salesforce again.
- Approve offline access / refresh token when Salesforce prompts. Without a refresh token, dripIq cannot stay connected.
- Confirm the org is not already linked to a different dripIq workspace.
Connection expired or re-authorization required
If Salesforce revokes access or the refresh token stops working, the card shows a warning that the connection expired. Choose Production or Sandbox and click Reconnect.
Wrong org connected
Click Disconnect, then Connect Salesforce again and sign in to the correct Salesforce org.
Still stuck?
Contact us at hello@dripiq.ai with your dripIq admin email, workspace name, and whether the card shows Connected, Not connected, or a re-authorization warning. Include the Salesforce org ID if it is visible.
